Children kidnapped and moved from country to country are difficult if not impossible to trace.
One example of this has come to light from Lincoln Park.
It all started in Ireland, with a little girl (2 years old) named Maggie sitting on her mothers lap. Dad was driving the car and they were on their way to town.
Up ahead the narrow road passed between several stone buildings, two on one side of the road and one on the other side.
Dad looked scared and he told mom that something was wrong. He told mom to put me in the back seat, so she lifted me over the seat and laid me down.
Seconds later I saw the bomb, a flash and a loud noise. The car was hurled across the road into the side of the stone building. I was thrown off the seat onto the floor. I was screaming, da, da, da. I could hear my dad moaning.
A man pulled me from the wreckage and I saw my mom in the front of the car, half her head was gone and my dad had blood pouring down his face.
There were three men and they had masks to hide their faces. One of them put a sack over my head and they put a rope around my neck to hold the sack in place.
I heard a man with an English accent tell me I didn't have a mom and dad, I was born in a cabbage patch.
They put me on a boat, I could smell the ocean, and took me to England. They took me from the boat and carried me into a warehouse and stood me on my feet.
There were other men there who looked at me, but only one of them wanted me. He was going to make me speak proper English. He took away my clothes and tied me up. He hit me with a stick when I didn't speak properly.
He kept the sack on my head and only lifted it enough to put water or food in my mouth. The food was some kind of oatmeal.
I was forced to pee and shit myself and once in a while they would spray water on me to get me clean.
After some time they put me on a plane and sent me to Canada. I arrived in Ottawa in 1954 and was taken to Calgary, Alberta to be a research subject in secret experimental programs at Lincoln Park and Suffield.
I have a Canadian birth certificate, but I was not born in Ottawa like it says, I was born in Ireland.
Today I have no way of knowing who I really am. I think my real mom called me Maggie, but I don't know my last name.
How many more children might have been imported from a foreign country and used as research subjects in Canada?
Could some of these children have come from Poland, France or elsewhere?
One did come from Ireland and all of the children involved in the secret medical experiments had to come from somewhere.
If so, is it any wonder that all of this remains so highly classified and still actively protected?

The Torture of Children
The Canadian military command deny the use of children in secret experimental programs.
To what extremes they will go to contain the truth I do not know, but it would appear they have no intention of acknowledging responsibility for the brutal torture inflicted upon defenseless children.
They can deny children having been involved.........but listen to a conversation that took place between the chief medical officer and a visitor to Lincoln Park.
It is the chief medical officer speaking.........explaining his experimental work with Sara.
"It takes a great deal of patience to do this work. I can't rush it at all. I've had my failures, but part of that is due to the subjects themselves."
"The days Sara comes to the lab just to have fun and play are important. She must have a sense of well being in the program and allowed that time. This is also true of her home life, she must have three day intervals of just being treated like a regular kid. It's important for her to believe I have absolute power over her."
"Luckily mother and father follow my instructions very well. Theirs is just a small part, but is absolutely necessary."
"It's important for her to believe that I am God. She must be taken to a state of relentless terror so I can step in and act as her savior. It's also important for me to make her feel absolutely safe, then to spring something traumatic at her."
"This is very compelling work. We have a small problem with her disassociating at times. Not everybody can pick up on this. I get concerned when I have to use other members that can't see all the changes in her, but so far it's going fairly well."

Only a trained psychiatrist, an excellent psychiatrist, might notice these traits but would probably easily dismiss them in a child."

It may be confusing to the layman that using a yes and no program would confine the subject, this is not so. It is also very useful in her daily routine of decisions. This will also confound her, but she must be intellectually subdued for this to happen. If she is alert she will act in a normal capacity with yes meaning yes at that time."

More Than A Nightmare
Imagine if you will that you have just arrived in a strange city, a place where you believe good jobs abound. So the very first thing you do is grab a newspaper and search for the available jobs.
And bingo, right off the bat you find one that sounds very promising.......it says to apply in person and gives a city address.........so off you go in search of this job in the gas and oil industry.
After searching high and low you finally find yourself, with newspaper in hand, standing in front of a small bake shop. Yes, you are on the right street and this is the right number, but this sure ain't the right place. Suddenly you are approached by a man wearing a business suit.
Hello, are you looking for the add in the paper?
Yes, I am, you respond.
I'm afraid the paper printed the wrong address and we didn't want to wait for a reprint. We need some good people right away, so I thought I'd take a chance and see if anyone turned up here.
There is a lot of talk about being a long way from home, family, friends and whether you have found a suitable place to live yet and so on.
The man in the suit is not alone.....he has a little girl with him, who he introduces as his daughter, but she doesn't say anything, after all she is only 3 years old.
He finds everything you have told him fits his requirements........no one knows where you are, you have no one waiting for you at home and you have not kept in touch with your family.
He considers you a good risk and offers to drive you over to the company office to meet the boss and complete the necessary paper work.
If you had not said the right things he would have taken down your name and phone number and told you he would give you a call, in which case you would never have heard from him, it was simply a polite way to get rid of unwanted applicants.
Of course you are excited about your new employment and eagerly agree. And despite the fact that you have never met or even heard of this guy who calls himself Marty you get in the car and willing accompany him to what you believe to be the company office.
The company office is a front, but nonetheless there is another man there playing the role of the boss. After filling out the forms and signing your name the boss shakes your hand and welcomes you aboard........whereby he insists you share a drink with him to celebrate the occasion.........and you accept, but if you hadn't been a drinker you would have been easily overpowered and injected with a fast acting drug. Either way you would have been unconscious.....and easily handled from that point on.
When you finally came to you may have been unbelieving of your circumstances......you were naked with shackles on both your wrists and ankles......with short lengths of chain securing you to a solid wooden wall.
Of course you screamed and yelled, you even swore and cursed, but there was no response.
This exercise was repeated a total of seven times..........until there were seven young men chained to that wall.
Your movements were severely restricted and whether it was night or day you were left standing there to consider your situation.
Finally the chief medical officer arrived with three nurses to assist him.
He barked his orders at them..........I want first, second and third degree burns on these six and this one I want a full body burn.
The nurses had been selected for special duty and they were quite prepared for what they were required to do.........they put on heavy leather aprons, gloves and goggles.
They used torches fueled from heavy steel cylinders.............all seven screamed and shrieked in agony.........but number seven stopped screaming once the torch reached his face, he was already dead.
When the burning was completed to the doctors satisfaction an incubator was rolled into place. The contents of the dishes taken from the incubator were applied to the burns.....a new biochemical agent intended to kill the wounded.
It took several days for all six men to die, but die they did.......which meant the test was a success.
Another seven men were brought in for the second portion of the testing.......this involved applying this same material to cuts and gashes, which were inflicted by the same three nurses.
Again number seven died immediately from his initial wounds.........while the other six lingered for several days while the biochemical agent took its toll.
At the end of each test autopsies were performed.......and in some instances in front of those who were not yet dead.
And while all this was taking place a little girl by the name of Sara was sitting on the concrete floor watching in horror......as the doctor wanted her to experience the trauma of each mans death.
Sara watched as each of them died and she watched as the doctor performed his autopsies.
But this was not the limit of it..........more people were brought in for other tests....both young men and young women.........there were those who suffered starvation and there were those who suffered dehydration......but in the end they were all dead........everyone of them.
Innocent victims abducted off the street and subjected to terminal experiments.
The doctors did not doctor and the nurses did not nurse.........they simply killed people in order to obtain the information required..........how long would it take for the biochemical agent to kill healthy young men suffering burns or cuts?..........how long would it take for healthy young men and women to die from starvation?...........how long would it take for healthy young men and women to die from dehydration?
Those chosen for starvation slowly wasted away.........they were allowed sips of water, but no food........and in the end they were no more than skin and bone.........a ghastly way to die.
And all of these young men and women were between the ages of 18 and 25 years and in very good health when they were first encountered.
This went on for several years so we have no idea how many people endured such a fate......and in the end their bodies were stuffed into steel drums and trucked away for disposal. But what we do know for certain is that 42 young men and women died at the hands of the chief medical officer assigned to Lincoln Park.
There was nothing very difficult about what they did to these people, but what seems intolerably difficult is for people to grasp the idea that such a thing could actually happen, which is the main reason why it did happen and why it has been possible to keep it a secret all these years.

It Didn't Happen To Me
A common response to the victimization of children is........
It didn't happen to me, so why should I care?
In the context of children exploited for the purpose of military research and development you have to consider the possibility......... it could just as easily have happened to you......if you remember you once were a child and children do not have a lot to say about the circumstances or situations to which they might be subjected.
In relation to Lincoln Park the children employed as research subjects were denied the rights and freedoms commonly associated with Canadian citizenship. And if one Canadian citizen is denied their inherent rights and freedoms it is not unreasonable to assume that the rights and freedoms of any or all Canadians might just as easily be subject to indiscriminate denial.
Their rights and freedoms were not denied on the basis of race, religion or gender.........they were denied on the basis of availability.......they were simply available for the purposeful intent of human experimentation.
It would seem that Canadians take their rights and freedoms for granted, in that they assume such rights and freedoms to be guaranteed...........but no such guarantee exists.
Of course most Canadians will not be subject to cruel and unusual punishment, if only because the odds are stacked in their favor.........but this is not true for everyone.
The thousands of children subjected to the trials of human experimental programs suffered cruel and inhuman brutality simply because they were considered expendable and of little value to Canadian society..............like rats and guinea pigs they were confined to cages and forced to endure repetitious torture, which in most cases lead to death.
The illegal confinement, abuse and murder of children is a criminal offense in Canada, yet in the case of children utilized for the purpose of secret experimental programs conducted within the confines of military bases such as Lincoln Park those persons responsible are protected by the very same laws that should have assured the safety and security of the children involved.
And to this day those same people who are alleged to have committed crimes against humanity are protected by law...........the misuse of Canadian law and justice.
Records pertaining to the experimental programs I refer to are also protected by law, yet it is my understanding that the Canadian Secrets Act or the Canadian Securities Act cannot be employed to hide criminal activity occurring within Canada or to protect employees or agents of the Government of Canada from criminal prosecution.
If Canadian citizens can be randomly kidnapped, tortured and murdered for the purposes of a secret political agenda it would appear rational to consider all Canadians to be at risk of such cruel and brutal treatment.

Mind Control
Do you have any idea what it means to be a mind control victim?
Do you think that sooner or later it wears off?
Some 50 years after the fact the horror continues.......triggers trigger mind control and there are hundreds of triggers associated with one individual person.
There is no defense.........you are subject to the consequences of the original mind control programs...........and fight as you may you are not free, not even after 23 years of therapy.
You get passed one hurdle and there is another, you get passed that one and there is another and so on and so on and so on and so on........it just keeps coming. You close one door and another opens.....one after the other after the other.
One event surfaces and you work your way through that horror only to discover the next event is surfacing and you work your way through the horror of that one and another one surfaces and so on. And this goes on year in and year out and still after 23 years, doors keep opening and new horrors keep surfacing.
You can stop it can't you? Sorry, the answer is no..........NO!
The pain........the fear........the torture........the anguish..........the terror!
Do you understand that this is cruel and unusual punishment.......originally inflicted on innocent children?
Your tax dollars at work..........government provides funding for research and development, which allows secret experimental programs to manipulate innocent children by means of torture, in order to develop fail safe mind control programs.
Are you aware that less than 1 in 20 research subjects survived beyond the age of 9 years?
And out of those that do survive even fewer are capable of successfully fighting the suicide programming and training initially inflicted upon them in order to guarantee the security of the secret programs.
The development of the ultimate warrior comes with a price, in human life and human suffering.
Do you realize these programs continue at the present moment?
Children make very good research subjects, right up to the age of 8 years. That means that infants, toddlers and little children are in demand.........the security of the western world demands children be subjected to brutal cruelty and horrific pain.

I say the torture of children for any purpose is wrong.........it has to stop!

Have you any idea........because it is beyond the comprehension of most, to even begin to fathom the depth and breadth of the brutality involved........to comprehend the pain and suffering?
And what would you do to stop it.........to ensure such crimes do not continue?
Nothing? Something? Anything at all?
You have a voice, you have an opinion...........you have a choice.
These children did not and do not have a choice.........but you do.
Do you think that sooner or later it wears off?
Some 50 years after the fact the horror continues.......triggers trigger mind control and there are hundreds of triggers associated with one individual person.
There is no defense.........you are subject to the consequences of the original mind control programs...........and fight as you may you are not free, not even after 23 years of therapy.
You get passed one hurdle and there is another, you get passed that one and there is another and so on and so on and so on and so on........it just keeps coming. You close one door and another opens.....one after the other after the other.
One event surfaces and you work your way through that horror only to discover the next event is surfacing and you work your way through the horror of that one and another one surfaces and so on. And this goes on year in and year out and still after 23 years, doors keep opening and new horrors keep surfacing.
You can stop it can't you? Sorry, the answer is no..........NO!
The pain........the fear........the torture........the anguish..........the terror!
Do you understand that this is cruel and unusual punishment.......originally inflicted on innocent children?
Your tax dollars at work..........government provides funding for research and development, which allows secret experimental programs to manipulate innocent children by means of torture, in order to develop fail safe mind control programs.
Are you aware that less than 1 in 20 research subjects survived beyond the age of 9 years?
And out of those that do survive even fewer are capable of successfully fighting the suicide programming and training initially inflicted upon them in order to guarantee the security of the secret programs.
The development of the ultimate warrior comes with a price, in human life and human suffering.
Do you realize these programs continue at the present moment?

The Bottom Line
Denials and cover-ups are the order of the day in Canada, but what exactly is so carefully shielded from public view.
Abduction, torture, rape and murder.......crimes committed by military and civilian personnel on and within the confines of Canadian Military Facilities.
Innocent Canadian civilian citizens, with legal rights and freedoms, have been illegally confined, brutally tortured and murdered, and in many cases brutally raped.
The unconditional responsibility of individuals authorized to protect secret experimental programs allowed them to abduct young girls off the streets and highways, whereby unwitting innocent girls were gang raped, tortured and murdered in the most horrific manner possible.
Savage brutality that can only be described as psychopathic madness, yet these same men are treated with respect and dignity. They are protected by a standard of honor associated with our Canadian Forces.
The murder of children and young girls has nothing to do with a standard of honor associated with our Canadian Forces, it has to do with criminal acts of extreme violence against defenseless innocent victims.
Should such crimes be suppressed and hidden in order to protect the reputation of the Canadian Forces? Should lies replace truth? If so, our Canadian Forces must be considered void of moral and ethical considerations in respect to their insistence to sustain and perpetuate crimes against humanity.
To protect the guilty and deny the innocent is not compatible with a free and just society.
To deny the rights and freedoms on one Canadian citizen is to deny the rights and freedoms of all Canadian citizens.
Every man and woman who has served in a Canadian uniform has been betrayed and their honor denied by disgraceful acts of barbaric treason.
A military command incapable of upholding the rule of law is incapable of defending our nation in peace or in war.
God help this Canada, a nation betrayed.
